Our Working System

The foundation of Nagrik Club rests on three pillars: structured discipline, financial transparency, and a logical employee policy. The Club believes that nation-building requires not only active society but also empowered educators. Teachers and society are seen as complementary forces—while teachers shape future citizens, society nurtures human character.

In today’s education system, we see academic excellence, but a lack of focus on moral development, social values, and patriotism among students. Nagrik Club seeks to bridge this gap by involving students in meaningful, grassroots-level social activities alongside their education—especially during their formative teenage years (ages 13–18).

Starting from Class 8, students are encouraged to engage in structured community service and develop a sense of civic responsibility. This helps integrate social values into their personalities as they grow into responsible adults.

As part of this system, club beneficiaries are expected to contribute a minimal membership fee and also participate in social work as per the club’s ongoing programs. This creates a culture of shared responsibility, contribution, and purpose among members.
